This T-shirt was designed by Karra Kinchela, Gomeroi Traditional Owner from Narrabri and the Pilliga Forest. She has close cultural connections to the Pilliga and County and feels passionate about protecting the forest and water from the effects of mining.
The artwork represents a gathering place and path through the PIlliga Forest to raise awareness of the Cultural Values of the Gomeroi People within the Pilliga.

All profits from the sale of this T-shirt are being donated to the Moree Ecological Holistic Information (MEHI) Centre to raise awareness of the Cultural Values of the Pilliga Forest.
The Pilliga Forest is in the heart of Gamilaraay / Gomeroi / Kamilaroi Country. The Pilliga has provided food, medicine, shelter and water to Gomeori people for thousands of years and is a recharge zone for the Great Artesian Basin.
The MEHI Centre is working towards the protection of the Pilliga Forest from Santos, which plans to drill 850 coal seam gas wells through the Pilliga.
